- Final completion worksIn progress, due 10 November 2026

- Pilot production, weekly batches and weekly deliveries12 November to 31 December 2026
- Ramp-up toward full line capacityFrom January 2027
The pilot runs at two tonnes of nuts a day against a design capacity of five, which lets us measure what the line actually produces before volumes rise. Every lot is weighed against a slip at intake, checked for moisture, and cut-tested before we buy it; weak lots are rejected. We are expanding the number of suppliers we buy from and the number of outlets we sell to as the pilot runs.
